✦Rules
General Rules
01
Do not reveal who you have been assigned to!
02
Don't publicly post anything relating to your artwork for the exchange before the event is over! There will be separate team channels in the discord where you can chat with your teammates. Do NOT LEAK ANYTHING from these channels. Don't spoil the surprise for anyone!
03
When requesting artists not to be paired with, please do not abuse this option. It's a courtesy meant to make the exchange comfortable for everyone.
04
You must take the time to read all documentation, rules, and gift documents thoroughly. If you make a mistake with your submission, you will be responsible for fixing it.Example scenario: Your giftee's document has both single character options and couple options listed. For couples, they clearly marked which OC is theirs, and which belongs to their friend. You choose to draw a single character from one of the couple options, but... you wind up accidentally drawing the OC that belongs to your giftee's friend, not your giftee. 😳 You will be responsible to rework the piece (if possible) or commission/draw a new piece.
05
Please try to thank your partner/s after the carnival for their hard work!Even if you are too shy to do so directly, it means so much for your partner to know you got your gift. You may message a mod to pass along your thanks if you prefer!
06
Be kind! Keep things positive and respectful and do your best to remember this event is supposed to be fun for everyone - we strive to maintain a friendly community environment!
